Meet Faith Carlson, LCPC

Welcome to my practice! I am a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelors in Psychology, and a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During my last semester of graduate school, I became licensed while working at Ashley Addiction Treatment. Since shifting to private practice in 2021, I have tailored my specialties to working with anxiety and trauma, while still working with addiction. It is here I use integrative approaches based on each unique client to help them get what they need out of therapy.

I bring my authentic self to sessions, where I aim to provide warmth and positivity, but direct truth when the timing is right. Regardless of your presenting concern, I accept you as you are! In order to share more of my authentic self, I provide personal explanations about why I’m here and what Northern Emerald Counseling is.
