ABOUT ME

Welcome to my practice! I am a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelors in Psychology, and a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During my last semester of graduate school, I became licensed while working at an inpatient treatment center for substance use. I have been in private practice for over two years now, and have shifted my specialties to working with anxiety and trauma. It is here I use integrative approaches based on each unique client to help them get what they need out of therapy. I bring my authentic self to sessions, where I aim to provide warmth and positivity, but direct truth when the timing is right. Regardless of your presenting concern, I accept you as you are!
